Agreement and eligibility
These terms govern your use of the Homelet app and website, operated by Venbrino Developers Technology. By creating an account or using Homelet, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into binding agreements. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your credentials private, and tell us if you think your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity through your account. We may restrict or suspend access where needed to protect users, investigate misuse, or comply with law. You may request account deletion using the app or our account deletion process.
Property listings
Homelet helps people discover properties and connect with agents or providers. Listing descriptions, photos, prices, availability, and property details may be supplied by third parties and can change. Check important details independently and inspect a property when appropriate before making a commitment. If you submit a listing, you must have the right to do so and keep its information accurate and lawful.
Enquiries, bookings, and payments
Enquiries and messages do not by themselves guarantee a property or create a tenancy. Where the app offers booking, inspection, wallet, or payment features, review the displayed amount, conditions, and the provider's terms before confirming. Payment processing may be provided by a third party. Any cancellation or refund rights depend on the specific arrangement and applicable law; contact support with the transaction or booking reference if you need help.
Acceptable use
Do not post misleading listings, impersonate anyone, harass others, share unlawful content, attempt to compromise the service, or use it for fraud. Do not share passwords, one-time codes, or card details in chat. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms. Content you submit remains yours, but you grant us the permission needed to display and operate it through Homelet.
Service availability and responsibility
We work to keep Homelet available and accurate, but features may change or be interrupted. Homelet does not own or inspect every listed property and cannot guarantee third-party representations. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
Changes and contact
